REGISTRATION FORM FOR STALLHOLDERS

This form is for vendors wishing to apply to become a Stallholder at The Old Packhouse Market ▸ The Rules and Regulations will be sent out together with this Application Form. You must sign this form acknowledging that you have read and understood the Rules associated with being a stallholder at The Old Packhouse Market. The Fee structure is included in the Rules document. ▸ Filling out this form does not constitute a guarantee of a stall in the Market. Stall spaces are allocated at the absolute discretion of the Market Management, who will make decisions on the basis of what it considers to be in the best interests of the Market as a whole.
